A NEAR MINT ARMY OFFICERS DAGGER & KNOT WITH SMALL EICKHORN TRADEMARK.

A NEAR MINT ARMY OFFICERS DAGGER & KNOT WITH SMALL EICKHORN TRADEMARK.

A really lovely looking dagger this. Lemon yellow celluloid grip with the original aluminium bullion 42cm knot tied in place. No damage or wear to the knot. The grip is virtually mint apart from two TINY ‘chips’ to one of the rear surface rounded grip edges. No cracks. This features the 2nd type crossguard used by Eickhorn. (There were 2). The dagger has 100% of the silver original plating. No ...  read more

ORIGINAL BULLION 23cm SHORT DAGGER KNOT.

ORIGINAL BULLION 23cm SHORT DAGGER KNOT.

In perfect mint condition. This short 23cm bullion knot was mainly used on Luftwaffe 1sr and 2nd Pattn daggers, but was also used on the TENO officers dagger. In super condition, the aluminium cord and acorn are in perfect shape. Just a little age to show it’s really old, but otherwise ready to tie onto your dagger. Nice accessory.  read more

NEAR MINT TRIPLE HANGER FOR RZM PERIOD SA DAGGER.

NEAR MINT TRIPLE HANGER FOR RZM PERIOD SA DAGGER.

A very nice accessory and quite hard to find now. This is the TRIPLE hanger that would have attached to the scabbard ring of an SA dagger. It is complete with the upper, small popper and loop which went around the narrow top part of the grip and prevented the dagger from bouncing around. Kept it in place. All SA daggers had a hanger of some description, both early and later. The early ones had ...  read more

‘HATE BELT’ MADE FROM KRIEGSMARINE OFFICERS DRESS BELT.

‘HATE BELT’ MADE FROM KRIEGSMARINE OFFICERS DRESS BELT.

Quite a common souvenir from WW2. British and US soldiers used captured belts, of all sorts, and attached badges, insignia, medals to the belts themselves. I’ve seen many variations. Usually they are the more common leather combat belt and buckle with items attached through the leather etc.
This is much more uncommon and I imagine as it was not so available. Navy items would only come f...  read more

‘SPECIAL OFFER’ AN ARMY DAGGER BY PUMA WITH STRAPS AND KNOT.

‘SPECIAL OFFER’ AN ARMY DAGGER BY PUMA WITH STRAPS AND KNOT.

This dagger came in with other items and I am offering this at a SPECIAL PRICE for a few days only. This is an expensive hobby so it’s nice to get a bargain now and again! The dagger is in very good overall condition. White grip undamaged. Scabbard is nickel plated and un-dented. There is a 42cm bullion knot but I think it is a later copy, but looks very good anyway. There are a set of original...  read more

AN AMAZING, UNTOUCHED & UNCLEANED ERASED ROHM SA BY EICKHORN.

AN AMAZING, UNTOUCHED & UNCLEANED ERASED ROHM SA BY EICKHORN.

Never been in a collection and walked into a local shop last week. I know a lot of collectors love the un-touched and un-cleaned daggers. This is certainly one of those! Obviously an early piece as this was presented by Rohm to his followers in 1933/34. All solid nickel fittings thst have gone a dirty yellow colour. This applies to all the fittings both crossguard SS and scabbard. The grip is a...  read more

LATER SA DAGGER BY WEYERSBERG RZM M7/43.

LATER SA DAGGER BY WEYERSBERG RZM M7/43.

A very good example of a RZM period SA mans dagger with the RZM code M7/43 for Paul Weyersberg. As with most of the later period daggers the crossguards are plated alloy, the scabbard is painted brown and the fittings are nickel plated steel. The nickel plating on the crossguard a has held up pretty well but there is a little lifting to the reverse and some slight oxidation to the edge next to ...  read more

AN EARLY EXAMPLE OF A SA DAGGER BY TIGER WITH DE- NAZIFIED GRIP EAGLE.

AN EARLY EXAMPLE OF A SA DAGGER BY TIGER WITH DE- NAZIFIED GRIP EAGLE.

This is a really nice dagger and walked into a friends shop last week. An untouched early SA with the desirable TIGER trademark. Left completely untouched since being bought back as a war souvenir, with one exception! The eagle has been de-nazified/removed from the grip in quite a brutal manner. Rather than just pry it out to remove the swastika etc., they have cut out the area where the eagle ...  read more

IDEAL EXAMPLE OF FACTORY ERASED SA ROHM BY EICKHORN.

IDEAL EXAMPLE OF FACTORY ERASED SA ROHM BY EICKHORN.

This is a classic example of a ‘factory erased’ Rohm signature SA dagger. Issued by Erst Rohm himself to all of his loyal supporters in 1933/34. He was in charge of both the SA and the SS until Hitler felt he was getting too powerful and had him murdered in 1934. All traces of Rohm were ordered to be destroyed or defaced. This included all the ‘presentation’ daggers he gave out. This example, m...  read more

EARLY SA DAGGER WITH HANGER BY CHRISTIANSWERK.

EARLY SA DAGGER WITH HANGER BY CHRISTIANSWERK.

Part of a collection of nice SA daggers purchased in the last month. A mixture of early and later RZM eras. This is a very nice early example by Christianwerk - Solingen. Their distinctive oval trademark with a FORK in the center is etched into the reverse riccasso. This company were large cutlery manufacturers, hence the fork as a logo.
All sold nickel fittings throughout. A nice mediu...  read more
