SS NCO’s PARADE DEGEN PERSONALISED WITH ORIGINAL KNOT.

A hard to find sword and this one is in very nice condition. As with a lot of SS officers and NCO’s degens, there is no maker mark on the blade. This is a really good example of a SS mans dagger produced in the ‘mid’ period. All production of the all nickel examples has finished and the metal content has changed to a grey alloy, nickel plated for the crossguard and nickel plated steel for the scabbard fittings. A VERY EARLY AND RARE ‘FULL STAG’ RAD HEWER.

A FANTASTIC EXAMPLE OF THE LONGEST SS OFFICERS DEGEN I HAVE OWNED!

Members of the SS were chosen, amongst other things, for their physical attributes and prowess.
Therefore you never find a short SS officers sword.
