A GREAT WAR TIME FLOWN MARINE MARKED REICHSKRIEG FLAG SMALLER SIZE 80 x 135.

One of my favourite flags and this one has been used and flown. It measures 80cm x 135cm. The colours are in very good condition and there are a few slightly grubby areas, nothing serious. The cream canvas hem has the original rope lanyard stitched inside. It is also profusely marked in big black letters with the size , type of flag and the marine M with eagle and swastika. At the other end is the maker of G..Frohlichs &Sohn A.G. Warnsdorf Sud. Warnsdorf is a town on the coast in Northern Germany near Lubeck. The flag has the lines of reinforcing stitches running around the edges, with 6 lines on the flying edge. This edge is slightly frayed from proper use. A great flag!!!
