THIRD REICH M42 ‘RAW EDGE’ LUFTWAFFE HELMET.
A very nice, standard issue Luftwaffe M42 steel helmet, complete with original chinstrap. Virtually all of the original dark blue paint with 99% original decal on the left hand side. THIRD REICH M18 TRANSITIONAL STEEL HELMET.
Stocks of Imperial German M18 steel helmets were re-purposed and used by the Wehrmacht and SS in the early 1930’s. Another decent example of a HITLER YOUTH knife produced after 1938 so has a plain blade with no motto. ‘SPECIAL OFFER’ HITLER YOUTH KNIFE M7/3.
Part of a large collection I had the pleasure of buying recently. This is a post-1938 HJ dagger by RZM M7/3 (Kuno Ritter Solingen-Gräfrath). Interestingly the hilt is steel and nickel plated rather than the grey pot metal alloy they used for later daggers. Hilt has lost most of the plating and is just down to the steel base.
