The Alcoso company made a set of the very best types of miniature daggers. Used as salesmen’s samples but more commonly given away as advertising gimmicks or letter openers. They made perfect sized miniatures of the army dagger, 2nd Luftwaffe, Luftwaffe sword, RAD officers and the navy dagger. This is an example of the 2nd Pattn Luftwaffe model. Orange celluloid grip with tiny twisted wire wrap. Pommel and crossguard in amazing detail. Steel scabbard nickel plated. Nickel plated stiletto blade with ALCOSO trademark etched to the surface.
