“SPECIAL OFFERING” A THIRD REICH POLICE BAYONET BY CLEM & JUNG .

Another nice complete piece. Again converted from an earlier Weimar police clamshell bayonet, showing all the tell-tale signs. Solid nickel eagle head pommel, with oak leaf decorated crossguard etc. Reverse of the crossguard is stamped with the original Weimar police issue details ‘S.Sch.I.791’ this is repeated on the back of the scabbard throat. The dagger is in extremely nice overall condition. Most of the original nickel plating is present on the hilt, a little rubbed where the cross strap sits.
