A Nr. MINT CONDITIONED EARLY SA DAGGER BY MOST DESIRABLE MAKER ‘BISMARK’.
Purchased from a man in Norwich whose father returned from WW2 with this as a souvenir. He said his brother and he were occasionally allowed to play with it in the house when they were small!! Naval swords from WW1 did not change much into WW2 British naval swords are also very similar to their German counterparts. This is a really good example of a SS mans dagger produced in the ‘mid’ period. All production of the all nickel examples has finished and the metal content has changed to a grey alloy, nickel plated for the crossguard and nickel plated steel for the scabbard fittings.
