A Nr. MINT CONDITIONED EARLY SA DAGGER BY MOST DESIRABLE MAKER ‘BISMARK’.
Purchased from a man in Norwich whose father returned from WW2 with this as a souvenir. He said his brother and he were occasionally allowed to play with it in the house when they were small!! One of these caused quite a stir on a recent DTC opening with Tom Wittmann and Robbie, so a lot of people like the ‘Bismark’ maker. All solid nickel fittings that has not been cleaned. ‘AMAZING SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY’….EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF A SS MANS DAGGER RZM 1053/38 WKC.
This is a really good example of a SS mans dagger produced in the ‘mid’ period. All production of the all nickel examples has finished and the metal content has changed to a grey alloy, nickel plated for the crossguard and nickel plated steel for the scabbard fittings. All the scabbard bodies were gloss black paint. This one is in remarkable condition and the ONLY fault I can find with it is a ... read more
