A CLASSIC - TEXT BOOK SHORT SINGLE ETCHED ‘SERVICE TIME’ DRESS BAYONET BY EICKHORN.
A really nice example of the short ‘memory of my service time’ bayonet with the Luftwaffe etch shown on page 121 of Wayne Tychets excellent book. Classified as ‘scarce’. This etch features the closed with Wehrmacht eagle at one end of the etch and the Luftwaffe eagle at the other. The blade is in mint condition. The nickel plated hilt is near mint. Chequered grip plates are perfect. This bayone... read more
AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF A THIRD REICH/WEIMAR OFFICERS NAVAL SWORD.
German naval swords are very interesting as they changed very little from WW1 to WW2. The same basic sword, with a few subtle changes was carried from the early 1900’s until the mid 1940’s. This is a lovely all brass example and has the early 1930’s ALCOSO trademark. A ‘standard’ officers sword so has a plain lions head hilt without glasses and plain nickel plated blade. A perfect cream cellulo... read more

LEATHER FROG FOR THE RED CROSS HEWER.
A rare find!! Considering every Red Cross hewer was issued and worn with these frogs, it’s amazing that so many dagger turn up without them. Therefore finding an original frog to complete a dagger is very difficult. They are also unique to Red Cross daggers. No other frog can be used and these don’t fit anything else! This is a super example in black leather. Has been on a dagger at some stage.... read more

A MINT EXAMPLE OF LUFTWAFFE 2nd Pattn DAGGER BY ALCOSO. COMPLETE WITH HANGERS AND KNOT.
This is a really nice example of this pattern of dagger. Introduced as an ‘officers’ dagger to replace the longer 1st Pattn dagger which was continued to be worn by senior NCO’s. This is in mint to near mint condition throughout. Alcoso daggers have particular design and production characteristics, and this has them all, so you can usually spot them amongst other Luftwaffe daggers. The scabbard... read more

EARLY SA BY RARE MAKER HUGO LINDER.
An excellent example of one of the early all nickel SA daggers in very good condition. Not cleaned in a while so all the nickel fittings have a slightly dull yellow colour. AN EARLY SA DAGGER BY JUSTINUSWERK.
Another nice example of an early SA dagger with one of the more unusual makers from this early time. There are approximately 220-250 early ‘cottage’ makers, which obviously include the bigger manufacturers like Eickhorn, SMF etc. An untouched piece which has not be cleaned in a long while. Has nice dull patina to all the solid nickel fittings. A perfect mid wood grip with no damage. SA button a... read more
A MOST UNUSUAL BAHNSCHUTZ 2nd Pattn. DRESS DAGGER.
I’ve not had a dagger quite like this with this type of construction. These BAHNSCHUTZ daggers are made mostly of aluminium. Pommel and crossguard are solid aluminium. The scabbard is steel with an anodised silver finish. However, the grip, on this example is also made of aluminium!! Never seen this before, as usually these are solid celluloid. It’s perfectly formed and finished in a black shin... read more

A NEAR MINT ‘TRANSITIONAL’ SA DAGGER BY HOLLER.
These are a big favourite with SA collectors and this one is a very nice example. Part of the ‘transitional period’ between early production daggers and then onto the later, RZM controlled period. The dagger manufactures included their original trademark as well as the assigned RZM code. This has nickel plated fittings throughout but NO plate lifting at all. In fact they are so good they look o... read more
