A COMPLETE ARMY DAGGER BY EICKHORN WITH STRAPS AND KNOT.

A good looking dagger with pumpkin orange grip. All metal parts are a muted grey colour. This seems to be a later production piece with no evidence of nickel plating as far as I can see. Great detail through. No damage, scabbard perfect. A very nice original 42cm portapee tied in the correct manner. A good set of original straps which show honest period use. Green velvet backing shows some wear. The blade is beautiful and is stone mint! The reverse riccasso has the Eickhorn squirrel trademark etched into the surface. Crystal clear!! This style of trademark is the one most commonly used by Eickhorn between 1935 and 1942.
