A GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS DAGGER IN EXTRAORDINARY CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL ULTRA RARE SMALLER SIZED 42cm BILLION KNOT!!

This is a lovely dagger by ALCOSO. Government Officials dagger are extremely elegant in their design. Stylised eagle head pommel with faux Mother of Pearl grip plates. Large eagle and swastika with out swept wings. Scabbard is pebbled with oak leaf type bands and detailed smaller hanging rings. These daggers were all finished with an ‘antique effect’ to the silver plating, that gave them definition and age. This dagger has the EXTREMELY RARE ORIGINAL SMALLER BULLION KNOT!
Very seldom found and worth many £££’s on its own as collectors want one to complete their own daggers. The bullion cords are much thinner too and the little acorn ball is about 50% smaller than a standard army knot (for instance). This is a PROPER Government portsoee. It’s been tied to this dagger for ever and has ‘set in place’, it has a little honest wear to the cord where is swings against the crossguard when worn. Blade is in mint condition throughout and the ALCOSO scales trademark is to be seen on the reverse of the blade. A beautiful dagger with amazingly rare portapee.
