SS NCO’s PARADE DEGEN.

This is one of the last swords from the police/SS collection I received recently. I very good example of the parade Degen worn by SS NCO’s. Nickel plated steel fittings throughout in near perfect condition with no issues, damage or plate lifting. A perfect black ebony wood grip with the horizontal grooves. The only markings on this sword are the cast SS runes deeply set into the pommel. A nice, long black painted scabbard with no damage. The top scabbard fitting is stamped with the small SS Ki. The lower crossguard on the D guard has no corresponding steaming, as far as I can see. There is a brown leather washer in place. Blade is completely plain, no markings whatsoever. It’s in mint condition and has the normal slightly matt finish. Sword measures 39“ overall with a 33“ blade.
