IN SUPERB CONDITION A SS NCO’s DEGEN BY WKC.

I’ve not had one of these in a very long time and whilst they are not as ‘glitzy’ as the Officers example, they seem to be far rarer on the collectors market. Several manufacturers made these. WKC liked to add an extra identification to them and deeply stamped large SS runes into the reverse riccasso on the blade! The hilt is steel and nickel plated. Plating is very bright and in perfect condition. The grips on NCO’s sword were completely plain. Horizontal grooves, black painted hardwood. No grip wire, no badge. The pommel has deeply cast SS runes in the top. On this example the pommel is in solid nickel. Scabbard is in excellent condition. Has about 90% of original factory paint. Nice nickel plated upper scabbard fitting. There is no lower fitting on NCO’s swords, just an integral steel drag.
Blade is in stone mint condition! Cream leather blade buffer. Has the WKC Knights head logo on one side and the stamped SS runes on the other. This is a long sword, measures 38” overall with a 31 1/2” blade.
