A NUMBERED AND PERSONALISED NSFK FYLERS DAGGER IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION.

A great little dagger! Worn by members of the NSFK before it was formed into the Luftwaffe. Solid nickel fittings throughout. Nice uncleaned patina. Original blue leather to the grip and scabbard in exceptional condition. Crossguard enamel swastikas are perfect. Original short hanger attached to the top scabbard ring. The top scabbard mount has been personalised with a crude W scratched into the surface. A stunning blade in stone mint condition with all crossgrain polish. The SMF ‘seated King’ trademark is deeply etched into the riccasso. There is also engraved the initials C.W. and the numbers 138.
The top scabbard throat is marked with the flying Icarus figure, the symbol of the NSFK. Also has accountability details K.I. 239 and a tiny stamped number 96!
