A NEAR MINT ARMY DAGGER BY ALCOSO WITH ORANGE GRIP AND PORTAPEE.

A very nice example of an Alcoso army dagger. Has 100% of the antique silver plating on all the fittings. A beautiful tangerine orange grip which has its original silver bullion knot tied in place. A very nice scabbard. Has one very small indentation to the reverse near the bottom. A bit of carrying damage. Blade is extremely nice with all original finish. The ALCOSO scales trademark is located under the eagle on the obverse. Never been turned around by keen collectors!! Dates this dagger from around 1935. Add a nice set of de-luxe hangers and this will be a super, complete dagger.
