A SUPERB SET OF RED CROSS OFFICERS DAGGER HANGERS.

A very hard set to find and theses are in amazing condition. Whist the dagger is the same (the myth about round and square scabbard band holes is rubbish, it’s just a manufacturing design difference!) the HANGERS designate between Red Cross or Social Welfare useage. These hangers are virtually mint. Smooth aluminium fittings, top clip and oval buckles. The cloth straps have the tan fronts with two sets of red stitching running down each strap. The reverse is a perfect tan/beige velvet with no wear or damage. (There is a little white paint to the very tops, looks like the dagger was hung on a white wall that was still wet) A really nice set and if you have the corresponding dagger, complete it with these straps.
