A very nice example of a classic dagger. One of my favourite designs. This is a lovely 2nd Pattn Luftwaffe with pumpkin orange grip, original 23cm knot and standard hangers. It also has 100% of the fire gilding remaining on the swastikas to the pommel!! Eickhorn daggers are very identifiable as the pommel is heart shaped. This is in extremely nice condition overall with no problems. Scabbard is fine. Blade is in stone mint condition throughout and has a dark etched Eickhorn squirrel (1938-42) trademark on the reverese.
