A FINE EXAMPLE OF A HITLER YOUTH KNIFE WITH FULL MOTTO BY EICKHORN.

A really good example of the ever popular HJ dagger carried by all Hither Youth members. This seems to be one of the last Eickhorn blades made before they dropped the motto as it has a small '38' on the reverse riccasso. The blade has the the full Blut und Ehre etched motto. The reverse of the blade has the RZM circle as well as the Eickhorn code M7/66. Above that is a lovely Eickhorn squirrel . Heavy all steel hilt with complete nickel plating throughout. Perfect chequered grips and a perfect HJ diamond, quite small which is typical on Eickhorn HJ’s. Deeply inset into the grip plate. Very nice! The black painted scabbard has all of the original factory paint and the black leather belt loop with criss strap and popper, are in fine, supple, working condition. A very nice, classic HJ dagger.
