A MINT, LONG SINGLE ETCHED DRESS BAYONET WITH MATCHING MINIATURE!!

What a lovely pair these are!!! A mint example of a long Wehrmacht ‘Memory of my service time’ etched bayonet, complete with a mint patent leather frog and the correct NCO rank green/silver portapee. AS WELL AS a mint nickel plated miniature dress bayonet, also with a miniature NCO rank portapee!! They look absolutely wonderful together as a display pair. The full sized bayonet has mint nickel plated fittings, with patent leather frog and portapee. Original black scabbard paint is also mint. The mint long single etched blade has no maker, but this particular etch identifies it as a Robert Klaas piece (identical to pieces in Wayne Tychets bayonet book). The etch is fantastic in every way. Deep, clear and faultless.
The little miniature has a plain mint nickel plated blade and mint original scabbard paint. The pommel of the miniature even has an etched/engraved fake quillion release button to make it look like a large working one! It also has a miniature NCO portapee, which is tied and clipped around the grip and crossguard.
