“SPECIAL OFFERING” LONG THIRD REICH POLICE BAYONET WITH FROG BY WKC.

A very decent example of the Third Reich police bayonets used by the Third Reich Police. As most collectors know, there were re-issued Weimar police clamshell bayonet's, with clamshell removed, replacement Police badge and a slightly shorter blade. This is in very collectable condition with black leather scabbard and black leather frog(rare). Stag grips with oval police badge and replacement period rivets. The original Weimar Police issue numbers are stamped into the reverse crossguard and the top of the scabbard fitting. These read ‘S.Sch.I. 1125 and S. Sch I. 963. So both come from the same Police area. S.Sch.I.
A very nice blade by WKC Weigh knights head on one side and full name on the other.
