THIRD REICH FIGHTING KNIFE.(PUMA?)

One of the many know designs of fighting knives used by all ground troops during WW2. Wehrmacht, SS etc. A used example so the blade has been sharpened etc but not shortened. A nice smooth rounded wood grip with 3 flat rivets. This is probably a Puma made knife as it is virtually identical to examples with the red bakelite grips. Small oval crossguard. Original black painted scabbard with single leather belt loop. Top retention strap and popper missing. Blade is unmarked. A good, standard example.
