A FANTASTIC EARLY RARE MAKER ARMY DAGGER WITH HANGERS & KNOT.

I have to admit after buying this lovely piece, I have been very tempted to keep it as it is just such a superb dagger in every respect! Very early manufacture so the crossguard and pommel are solid brass and heavily silver plated. A beautiful dark orange early celluloid grip. Original early matching hangers with brass clips and the rarer flat box type top clip. It has the original owners initials or monogram in tiny letters on the reverse of the crossguard. Scabbard is in MINT condition with full heavy silver plating. Blade is in mint condition with full crossgrain polish and finally, it has the rare maker of Anton Wingen Jr and the unique crossguard eagle design they used on theses early daggers. Wonderful! It has everything!
