ERASED ROHM SA DAGGER BY EP&S WITH HANGER.

A text book example of a 1933/34 SA dagger with fully erased rear Rohm dedication. In near perfect untouched condition. All solid nickel fittings. Nice, undamaged hardwood grip with nickel eagle and SA button. Lower crossguard Gau marked Nm. Very good scabbard with its original early short hanger attached. All of the brown ‘anodised’ finish still intact, with a fair bit of lacquer too. Blade is lovely and in virtually full mint condition. All crossgrain polish to the obverse with good colour to the letters. The reverse has had the Rohm dedication expertly removed, but showing deeper variations where they ground off the lettering. The EP&S trademark has been 50% removed by the re-polishing procedure.
A very nice example.
