A MARVELLOUS THIRD REICH NAVY ‘DAY BELT’ IN MINT UNWORN CONDITION.

I’m not quite sure how this period belt has stayed in this condition all these years. I can only think it was in storage and therefore never worn. These blue moire satin ribbed belts were worn over the uniform jacket for daily use. The aluminium gilded buckle and lions head slides are in stone mint condition. The two lions head slides were used to connect to the dagger hangers, which were made of a similar material. The main buckle features the Kriegsmarine anchor etc. The reverse of the buckle has the makers marks of FLL and the date 1940. As well as an ink stamp with the size 96cm.
These look amazing displayed with a mint navy dagger, straps etc. Super piece!
