HITLER YOUTH KNIFE, PLAIN BLADE BY RZM M7/72.
Another decent example of a HITLER YOUTH knife produced after 1938 so has a plain blade with no motto. However, it’s by another maker I have never heard of Kaldenbach Karl Robert (KKR), Solingen-Grafrath | RZM M7/72. The RZM code etch is deeply stamped into the reverse riccasso and partly obscured by the blade washer. Good nickel plated hilt with a little bit of surface corrosion to the surface, but very minor. Good chequered grips with a nice enamel HJ diamond. Good finish to the steel scabbard with no damage. Ersatz leather type belt loop and cross strap with popper. All in good condition and working. This looks like some sort of pressed paper or fabric, very unusual! Blade is very bright and clean indeed. RZM marks to reverse riccasso.
Nice used example by another unusual maker.
