MINIATURE THIRD REICH ARMY DAGGER.

This is a very nice example of the smaller 7 1/2” miniature dagger that has actually been used for ‘letter opening’ purposes! In perfect proportions to a full sized dagger and in perfect detail. The crossguard, hilt and blade are all cast in metal alloy. The orange grip has been painted to resemble a celluloid grip. This is one of the many variations of ministures produced as ‘giveaways’ etc.
The scabbard is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece and is exactly like the full sized one.
As you can see from the photographs, the dagger itself has been extensively used for many purposes and has been sharpened during use. This has reduced the length of the blade.
A really great display item next to a full sized dagger.
