NAVAL OFFICERS DAGGER WITH KNOT BY EICKHORN.
A very nice example that shows proper use and wear, but remains in very collectable condition. All brass construction with quite a bit of original fire gilding remaining throughout. RED CROSS MANS SAW-BACK HEWER WITH FROG.
A nice example of the Red Cross dagger carried by Third Reich uniformed medics. Has all the original full nickel plating throughout. Very good ORIGINSL scabbard paint. It also has its original black leather carrying frog which is in excellent shape. Blade is in stone mint condition. The upper edge has the razor sharp saw-back teeth! ANYONE WITH A SPARE SCABBARD? A 1st Pattn LUFTWAFFE IN ALUMINIUM.
Picked up at the SoS show last month. This is a very decent 1st Luftwaffe dagger with no corresponding scabbard. Aluminium crossguard and pommel with mint gilded swastikas. Blue leather grip is a little scuffed but wire wrap etc is all present. Blade is bright and clean but has no maker.
Either find a scabbard or perhaps use this one for parts. Complete it would be a £700-800 dagger.

THIRD REICH FIRE DEPT BAYONET KNOT.
Whilst this is a fairly common sidearm, the coloured portapee/knot that goes with it is quite rare.
This seems to have been tied to a bayonet and removed. In very nice condition, it has all aged to a nice patina. Black leather strap with triple silver wires. AN INTERESTING SS ‘OFFICER CANDIDATE’ SWORD BY EICKHORN.
