‘Seitengewehr: History of the German bayonet 1919-1945.

Perhaps one of the best books on this subject. I have had a copy for years and it’s worth its weight in gold! This is a first edition from 1999 so is now 25 years old. 327 pages. Long out of print, it is a hard book to find. Amazing detail of all the bayonets used from after WW1 to the end of the Third Reich era. Every avenue covered, military, navy, political etc etc. There are the original issue orders from the time dictating type and what was what. A really great book. Seems to have not been used much. Hardback covers are near perfect. Some sections at the back seem a little loose in the binding, but everything is there and in good condition.
