2nd Pattn LUFTWAFFE DAGGER/STRAPS & KNOT BY ALCOSO.

A very decent dagger, not mint but in very collectable condition. Comes from a very old collection amassed in S.Wales. A classic ALCOSO piece with the tell-tale slightly more oval scabbard shape and prominent side screws. Dagger is uncleaned and is complete with a standard set of Luftwaffe hanging straps and the original 23cm knot. The knot is very frayed but I’ve decided to leave it on for originality. Nice mid orange celluloid grip with no damage. Nice grey metal fittings. Scabbard has no dents or damage and retains some of the original grey finish. Blade is in near mint condition with needle sharp point. Alcoso scales trademark is etched to the reverse riccasso. Nice set of standard Luftwaffe hangers with plain fittings. Some wear to the tops after being worn a lot!
