A NICE SET OF LUFTWAFFE DAGGER STRAPS WITH METAL TOPS.

There are a huge variety of Luftwaffe (and army) dagger straps/hangers. Whist they all served the same purpose, how they were constructed is endless! De-luxe fittings, leather tops, metal tops, fabric or velvet backings etc etc. These are a nice set of the many variations made by different companies. Grey metal fittings, a smooth, plain top snap clip which is DRGM marked on the reverse. Standard cloth straps with silver bullion lines. Grey/velvet backings. The top of the hangers are connected to the snap clip by decorated metal ‘swing tabs’. Standard oak leaf buckles and slides and plain pebbled ‘push-in’ lower clips. A nice set!!
