VERY WELL MARKED KRIEGSMARINE THIRD REICH FLAG.

This would have been flown perhaps on the digging of a large ship or part of the display at a naval base.
Measures 80 x 135cm. Complete with the integral rope lanyard. Made of the usual hard wearing rough sacking type material with re-enforced corners and flying edge. The cream linen rope pocket is marked with the size, type and maker at the opposite end. G.A. Frohlischs & Sohn. It is also stamped with the small eagle and swastika with ‘M’ underneath. This is not a mint, unissued flag and has various stains and a few old moth nips here and there. A proper souvenir as it’s been used and flown. A decent size.
