DAGGER OR SWORD UNDER-BELT WITH LEATHER CLIP.

Probably not for a navy dagger as it only has one attacking point. However, this blue cloth belt would be worn beneath a coat or jacket and had an army or Luftwaffe or similar dagger or sword hung from it via the left pocket. It has been used and worn but remains in good condition. Buckle present and the leather dagger/clip attachment slides along the belt for adjustment.
